Advising the Resolution Committee of Glitnir Bank on assessing, recovering, restructuring and otherwise dealing with elements of the bank's €26 billion of assets, including participations in syndicated facilities, investment funds, repossessions and derivative transactions. This included defending Glitnir against claims in London, the release of a freezing order for €150 million in Norway and the resolution of proceedings commenced by a German bank.
