Digest, Oct. 22, 2010. The article discusses the upcoming SEC rule defining
venture capital funds whose managers will qualify for exemption from registering
as investment advisers under the Dodd-Frank Act. Expected out at the end of the
year, the rule could bring changes for private equity as well.
