Win for PFG in California Meal-Break Action Receives Media Coverage

Partner Matt Kane was interviewed by
Law360 and the
National Law Journal about the recent dismissal by a California federal
judge of a putative class action against client Performance Food Group. The case
involves three ex-PFG truck drivers’ California meal-break claims, which the
judge said were preempted by the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization
