The Promenade II Building is located on Peachtree Street behind the Norfolk Southern Building between 14th and 15th Streets. Easiest walking or driving access from Peachtree Street traveling north is to turn left onto 15th Street; Promenade II is the first high-rise on the left. Parking is available on all levels of The Promenade II Parking Garage, located next to the building. The parking garage has one entrance off of 14th Street and two entrances off of 15th Street. Take the elevator to the 7th Floor or Garden Level for entrance into the building. Once inside the building, use the elevator bank located to your right. Our main lobby is on the 21st Floor.

Traveling South From I-75

Take the 16th, 14th, 10th Street Exit (Exit 250). Turn left onto 14th Street and continue over the bridge. The 14th Street entrance will be on your left, just past West Peachtree. To enter our building from 15th Street, turn left onto West Peachtree Street and then a right onto 15th Street. The parking garage entrances are on the right approximately half a block from West Peachtree Street.

Traveling South From I-85

Take the 17th Street Exit (Exit 84 toward 14th Street/10th Street). Take the 14th Street ramp. Turn left onto 14th Street and continue over the bridge. The 14th Street entrance will be on your left, just past West Peachtree. To enter our building from 15th Street, take a left onto West Peachtree Street and then a right onto 15th Street. The parking garage entrances are on the right approximately half a block from West Peachtree Street.

Traveling North From I-75/I-85 (Hartsfield airport)

Take the Spring Street/West Peachtree Exit (Exit 249D). At the second traffic light,turn left onto West Peachtree. Then turn right on either 14th Street (garage will be on left) or on 15th Street. The parking garage entrances are on the right approximately half a block from West Peachtree Street.

NOTE: The parking garage is closed Sunday unless you have a monthly parking permit.

Take the North-South Line to the Arts Center (N-5). Cross 15th Street and enter the building from the Garden Level.
