Public Procurement Law

McGuireWoods Brussels has extensive experience of EU and national (particularly UK and Belgian) public procurement law and advises a variety of providers in different industries and the full spectrum of public sector and private utility purchasers. We have advised on matters including defence procurements, town centre development agreements, university development projects, infrastructure projects, energy-from-waste projects and privatisations, as well as “standard” purchase arrangements. These matters include a large number of complex PFI/PPP-type projects.

Our lawyers regularly liaise with the European Commission and national authorities, including for complainants and in order to defend complaints, and have EU and national court experience in this field.
