The McGuireWoods property team handles all aspects of property law, including residential and commercial transactions of all sizes, representing investors and developers as well as corporate and private clients, institutional investors and pension funds. The practice focuses on commercial real estate work with primary emphasis on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and property management work both in the UK and mainland Europe. We represent a number of institutional investors, investment banks and variety of commercial real estate investors.
