As the technology leader for McGuireWoods, Mr. Sutfin provides management and strategic guidance for the firm's systems. He is responsible for the planning, development, service delivery and operations of effective technology throughout the enterprise to serve clients and achieve the firm’s business plans. Prior to McGuireWoods, he solved technology challenges as CIO of Huron Consulting Group LLC and of SeatonCorp, and served in senior IT leadership roles at Boise Cascade / OfficeMax, Alltel and Sprint.

He earned his undergraduate degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, and his M.B.A. in information systems from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago. He is also a registered CPA.
