Michelle focuses on antitrust and trade regulation, antitrust counseling, antitrust merger investigations, complex commercial and securities litigation. She has worked extensively on commercial litigation in many diverse industries, and has substantial experience in conducting antitrust audits and antitrust compliance training.

While earning her law degree from the University of Richmond, Michelle served as president of the Moot Court Board and was honored as a member of the Order of Barristers. She was awarded Best Oral Advocate in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, Champion of the Virginia Trial Lawyer's Association (VTLA) Regional Trial Advocacy Competition, and Finalist in the VTLA National Trial Advocacy Champion. As an undergraduate at the University of Massachusetts, Michelle held the position of vice president of Phil Alpha Theta Honor Society and was a member of Golden Key National Honor Society. She also played NCAA Women's Volleyball.
