Amanda’s practice focuses on representation of various types of healthcare facilities and providers, including dialysis facilities, academic medical centers, physicians and dental practices. She advises clients in connection with federal and state regulatory healthcare matters, including Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, reimbursement, refunds of Medicare and Medicaid overpayment, HIPAA and HITECH Act compliance, provider licensing, corporate practice of medicine and corporate practice of dentistry, and healthcare fraud and abuse issues. She has assisted in drafting operating agreements and other corporate governance documents and has participated in completing asset and stock purchase transactions.
