Jeremy focuses his practice on securities litigation and white collar defense. He joined the firm from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was a senior enforcement attorney in its Manhattan, New York office. At the SEC, he was responsible for investigating and litigating violations concerning accounting fraud, market manipulation, broker-dealer violations and insider trading. Prior to working at the SEC, he was a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was a trial attorney in the Major Felony Unit.
