Josefin joined the firm in October 2008 and practices within the firm’s corporate department, focusing on M&A and cross border transactions. She also has experience advising on general corporate and commercial matters.

During her tenure at McGuireWoods, Josefin has advised on the sale and purchases of shares and businesses, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, agency agreements and finance transactions.

Josefin completed her Swedish Master of Law degree in 2005 and she was admitted to the Swedish Bar Association as a Swedish Advocate (Advokat) in February 2010. Josefin also has a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
