Michael’s main practice areas are in general corporate counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and financial services for both publicly and privately held companies. He frequently represents investment funds and portfolio companies in all types of private equity transactions from venture to mezzanine to buyout transactions. In addition, he often serves as outside general counsel for portfolio companies of his private equity fund clients.
