Nancy practices in the areas of real estate law and public finance, including real estate lending, public and private partnerships, tax-exempt and taxable financings, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio transactions and financings and real estate development. Her practice includes lease finance and other off-balance sheet transactions, such as synthetic leases, sale-leasebacks, credit-tenant loans of real estate and equipment, and structured transactions utilizing commercial paper conduits and other securitized loans.

Throughout her career, Nancy has served in number of leadership positions in the firm, including on the board of partners (2000 to present), as deputy managing partner (2006 to 2011), on the firm's advisory committee (1998 to 2000), and as the real estate and environmental department chair (1999-2000).
