Gabi acts for both domestic and foreign clients on an extensive range of corporate law issues, mainly in relation to private company issues. Her focus recently has been on large scale M&A transactions of a multi-jurisdictional nature where Gabi has used her language skills to co-ordinate lawyers throughout the world whilst also advising on English law matters and structural issues.

Gabi further advises on English company law in relation to international shareholder agreements, joint ventures and franchise agreements, to name but a few. In addition, she works on EU and UK Competition matters including compliance audits for European entities.

Although a solicitor since 2003, Gabi is Swedish and so is well placed to focus on the firm’s clients in Sweden and the wider Nordic region, in addition to companies who have a general interest or connection in the Nordics.

She was a finalist in the Executive PA Magazine/Hays “Boss of the Year Award 2013”.
