Timothy focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity (including venture and risk capital) and corporate restructurings. He assists sellers and buyers with private M&A transactions in competitive auction processes led by investment banks or otherwise, as well as management and private equity and venture capital funds with acquisitions, investments and management buy-outs. He also works with issuers and investment banks in the framework of capital markets transactions such as initial and secondary public offerings and private placements.
Timothy advises private and publicly listed companies with respect to corporate governance and payment institutions on regulatory aspects related to offering payment services.
Advising a UK listed fire protection company, as joint borrower with its Belgian subsidiary, for the negotiation and closing of a £20,000,000 multicurrency credit facility from a major City bank, involving a security package at the level of its UK, Dutch and Belgian group companies.
