McGuireWoods provides advice on all types of health care related real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, land use, and zoning. We have experience working with architecture and construction companies to build and modify health care facilities’ physical structures.

We provide advice to both 501(c)(3) and for-profit entities on such matters as employee benefits, real property sales and use taxes, unrelated business taxable income, cy pres hearings, trust administration, and IRS audits.
