Patents and Intellectual Property
We help clients protect their intellectual property rights and obtain the licensing necessary to use or obtain new products, new practice methods, formulations, and enhancements. We help clients enhance the value of their businesses by acquiring recognized rights and discouraging third party infringement. When disputes do arise, we are adept at negotiating settlements and, if necessary, litigating intellectual property infringement claims. We also represent clients in transactions involving the transfer of intellectual property rights, and assist clients in addressing intellectual property rights in product liability and risk management analysis.

Our lawyers are skilled in the negotiation and litigation of access agreements, sophisticated equipment licenses and purchases, usage and development licenses and research arrangements.
