We are familiar with a variety of debt instruments, and have substantial experience in senior and subordinated debt, mezzanine financings, and second-lien and bridge financings. We help revive troubled businesses, protect investments, and retire less favorable debt through exchange offers, consent solicitations and restructurings of balance sheets. Our clients also benefit from our knowledge and experience in covenant negotiations, complex subordination and intercreditor issues, and transactions with multiple layers of financing.
