Representative Matters

• Handled a landmark sponsorship and marketing deal with the National Basketball Association (NBA) on behalf of Kia Motors America, who serves as the exclusive automotive sponsor of various NBA performance awards and platforms
• Worked with NASCAR-themed Internet company to draft and negotiate website advertising, sponsorship, and promotional agreements and terms
• Represent a sports group of one of the world’s largest banks in connection with financings to many sports teams in Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Football League (NFL) and the NBA
• Advised Europe’s first trans-stadia TV network in relation to its corporate financing
• Represented numerous professional golfers in litigation, endorsement, licensing agreements, real estate and wealth management issues
• Handled litigation for a Master’s golf champion, an NBA star, college coaches and athletic departments, NASCAR drivers, and a pro hockey franchise and more
