Wetlands Permitting and Enforcement

Dan Slone has been working with clients in Virginia and around the country in obtaining wetland permits (Clean Water Act § 404, Rivers & Harbors Act § 10 and various state wetlands laws) and responding to enforcement actions by state or federal regulations for over a decade. He has worked in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Ohio and Illinois, among other states, on wetland issues. He helps clients plan and execute their wetland strategies, work with their consultants to solve problems and work with the Corps on resolving unusual circumstances. He assists clients in dealing with the historic resource, endangered species and environmental impact analysis issues that often accompany wetland permitting projects.
