Mr. Cataldo has diverse legal and business experience in capital markets, insurance and manufacturing. That experience includes service as an associate corporate attorney at a major Atlanta law firm; assistant general counsel at Prudential Capital Group, a leading provider of private capital in the United States; CEO of a specialty insurance unit of Prudential Financial; and president and COO of a family owned manufacturing business in the telecommunications and electronics industries.

The lynchpin of his unconventional work in traversing different industries, organizations and roles is his ability to work with clients and others to define and create "value." From that perspective, he now assists both middle market and institutional clients in effecting mergers and acquisitions, structured and private financing, and corporate governance matters.
