Mr. Hough has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He has also represented numerous issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. In addition, he regularly represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial transactions, including the formation of partnerships, strategic alliances, joint ventures, OEM/licensing and outsourcing agreements.
His experience includes serving as a general counsel of a TPG Capital portfolio company. This broad range of experience enables him to offer practical and creative advice on legal and business issues.
