Mr. Mocatta is a founding partner of Grundberg Mocatta Rakison. As a barrister and as a solicitor, he has advised on all aspects of property acquisitions and finance, with particular regard to non-domiciled UK individuals.

He has advised on main inheritance tax situations and carried out last minute arrangements resulting in substantial tax savings. Furthermore, he has significant experience drafting wills to include discretionary and/or life interest trusts designed to fit individual requirements, especially those where succession is more important than tax mitigation. He is also well-experienced in dealing with cross-border probate.
