Mr. Campbell's practice has involved the representation of public and private companies with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and the regulation of financial institutions. He also actively works in the debt finance area. His recent engagements include the sale of conventional debt securities in the U.S. and Euro markets, and the sale of equity-linked and other structured notes under medium-term note programs.
