Mr. Salmon’s practice includes significant experience in drafting and negotiating agreements on behalf of both vendors and customers for the development, purchase, license and sale of software, hardware and related intellectual property. He also advises clients on other complex technology transactions and issues, including ERP agreements, ASP model transactions, e-commerce issues and outsourcing of data processing, IT infrastructure and business process functions.
