Mr. Oakey's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies on corporate and securities law matters, including acquisitions, mergers and corporate finance transactions. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in connection with the public and private sale of securities. He also has substantial experience in the areas of executive compensation and stock-based compensation arrangements, with an emphasis on the application of the federal securities laws to such arrangements.
