Ms. Stetter represents and advises management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment and wage claims. She also advises clients regarding compliance-related issues involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, WARN Act and employee misconduct.
She has successfully defended employers in litigation in numerous federal and state trial and appeal courts, as well as before the EEOC, and many state and local fair employment practices and other government agencies.
