Mr. Styles is a Solicitor Advocate and an English employment law specialist. He is experienced in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law, but has historically focused his practice on employment litigation (including advocacy) covering the breadth of discrimination legislation, unfair dismissal and protection of a business and its interests from outgoing employees.
While typically instructed by corporate, professional and academic entities, Mr. Styles also acts for high net worth individuals. Before joining McGuireWoods, he served as senior in-house counsel in varying industries whose businesses range from the U.K. to pan-European to global. He regularly presents seminars and workshops on the key or changing aspects of English employment law.
