Ms. Moye concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and commercial lending. She represents financial institutions in construction loans, permanent mortgage loans, asset-based loans and revolving credit facilities. She also represents banks and lenders on related loan work outs and restructuring matters. Prior to joining the firm, she spent four years as in-house counsel for Ginnie Mae where she acquired a broad knowledge of mortgage-backed securities and the mortgage banking industry, including loan servicing and work out matters related to mortgage-backed securities.
