Ms. Edwards practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation including securities litigation, contract and other commercial claims, corporate governance, business torts, and trademark and trade dress infringement. Her practice encompasses litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation and internal investigations.

She offers more than 25 years of experience as a litigator; an in-depth understanding of risk management for large companies; an established reputation for professionalism; and the ability to effectively communicate to develop a strong, participative working relationship with clients.

She has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 clients, including leading McGuireWoods' representation of Tyco International in the MDL securities litigation. She also has significant experience handling discovery and document management in connection with litigation and governmental investigations, including electronic discovery, difficult discovery disputes, and the preparation and defense of privilege logs.
