Mr. Isaf has a business practice with a particular emphasis on representation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies engaged in development, acquisition, leasing, management and financing of multifamily, retail and office properties.

His practice includes assisting clients with creative tax planning for real estate transactions and counseling clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, he has represented clients acquiring banks, engineering firms, retailing companies, real estate operating companies, manufacturing concerns, technology ventures, and health care providers such as hospitals, nursing homes and pharmaceutical companies.

He has extensive experience representing issuers and selling agents in the placement of debt and equity securities using limited offering and private placement exemptions from registration under state and federal securities laws. He has helped clients obtaining venture and later stages of capital infusion.

He also represents broker dealers and investment advisers in regulatory and licensing compliance, and has acted as issuer's, underwriter's and bond counsel in affordable housing bond issuances and corporate placements. Over the course of more than 25 years as a lawyer, he has gained experience in a wide spectrum of issues. As a result, his clients value the business and legal counsel he brings to their team.
