Mr. Isaf's business practice has a particular emphasis on real estate private equity and the representation of private corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies engaged in development, acquisition, leasing, management and financing of multifamily, retail and office properties. His practice includes assisting clients with creative tax planning for real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, representation issuers and placement agents in private debt and equity securities transactions as well as venture and later stage of capital infusion.

Mr. Isaf often serves in the various roles of company counsel, fund or account counsel and transaction counsel.
