Mr. White has an extensive private equity and mergers & acquisition practice. He regularly represents private equity funds, fundless sponsors, and family offices in connection with leveraged buyouts, non-control investments, mezzanine loans, venture capital investments, and sales of portfolio companies. He also regularly represents strategic buyers and sellers. Many of his private equity clients are Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), and he has extensive experience in structuring transactions that comply with the SBIC regulatory requirements. He also represents private equity and real estate funds in all aspects of fund formation.
In addition, he has a substantial practice in the areas of joint ventures and general corporate representation for privately held corporations and limited liability companies.

- Represented portfolio company in its add-on acquisition in the environmental services industry.
- Represented principals in private equity fund in a fund restructuring.
- Represented private equity fund in a fund restructuring.
- Represented private equity group in its sale of portfolio company in the industrial cleaning industry.
- Represented private equity group in its shared-control investment in the industrial cleaning industry.
