Ms. Stevenson's practice involves the counseling of clients in regard to all aspects of environmental permitting, environmental regulatory compliance, environmental issues in business transactions, and environmental litigation. In addition, she has substantial experience advising clients about and preparing covenants and restrictions for large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments; documents to establish and operate homeowners associations; and condominium project documents.
