Mr. André-Dumont has 30 years' legal experience. He focuses his practice on commercial law, company law, real estate and construction law, with a particular focus on mining (including extensive experience on francophone Africa), real estate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is fluent in French, English, Dutch, with a good understanding of German and Spanish. He has written extensively on international business and mining law issues. He became a member of the Brussels Bar (French) in 1982 after receiving a Lic. Jur. law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also holds a master's degree in commercial law from the University of Bristol, England (1985). He is the managing partner of the Brussels office. Also active in the charitable sector, Hubert André-Dumont is an officer of various NGOs.
