Ms. Bailey concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and commercial lending. She regularly handles a variety of commercial real estate transactions including representing local, regional and national clients in connection with the acquisition, development and sale of commercial properties; retail, office and industrial leasing; and the formation of residential and mixed-use condominiums. In addition, Ms. Bailey represents financial institutions and borrowers in permanent mortgage loan, construction loan and conduit loan transactions. Her financing experience also includes workouts and restructuring of existing loans.
