Mr. Lawless concentrates on matters relating to insurance law and litigation. His practice is focused exclusively on providing counsel to corporate policyholders denied coverage by their insurance carriers, particularly with respect to environmental, asbestos, and other "long-tail" claims. A frequent lecturer and author on insurance law, he helped form and is a past chair of the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
