Mr. Brame devotes his practice to assisting clients facing significant employment challenges. He both counsels and represents a wide range of employers regarding collective bargaining, managing union-management relations and employment relationships.

He combines 40 years of litigation and negotiations with insights gained over three years as a member of the National Labor Relations Board. He has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as before grand juries, and trial and appellate courts. He has also filed former comments on proposed regulations and authored amicus briefs to the NLRB and courts on behalf of employers and trade associations.
