Mr. Walker is a civil trial attorney. He is chair of the firm's Appellate Practice Team and its Product and Consumer Litigation Department. He focuses on product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation, representing clients on a wide range of issues. He handles cases at the trial level and on appeal in state and federal courts throughout the country, and has tried cases to verdict in numerous states. He serves as national and regional counsel for various product manufacturers.

In addition to his extensive product liability experience, Mr. Walker has handled antitrust actions, environmental contamination suits, commercial arbitrations, securities fraud class actions, consumer class actions, high excess insurance coverage disputes, and a diverse array of tort and commercial matters.
