Mr. Walker is a counselor and civil trial attorney. He is chairman of the firm’s Product and Consumer Litigation Department. He focuses on product liability, toxic tort and commercial litigation, representing clients on a wide range of issues. He handles cases at the trial level and on appeal in state and federal courts throughout the country, and has tried cases to verdict in several states. He serves as national and regional trial counsel for various product manufacturers.

In addition to his extensive product liability experience, Mr. Walker has handled nationwide antitrust actions, environmental contamination suits, commercial arbitrations, securities fraud class actions, consumer class actions, high excess insurance coverage disputes, and a diverse array of tort and commercial matters.
