Mr. Earle is an AV-rated trial attorney experienced in all phases of litigation, including trial, arbitration and mediation. He brings unique, practical experience to his litigation practice: he is one of few attorneys with hands-on experience in construction as a licensed California general contractor (B) and subcontractor (C-36); and he served as a construction surveyor and soils analyst in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

General Litigation, Trial, Arbitration and Mediation Experience

Mr. Earle has been the responsible litigator in hundreds of cases. He has represented municipalities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, design professionals, hotels, homeowners and homeowners associations in California, Nevada and Arizona. The scope of his representation has involved mass tract single family housing, hotels, high rise residential and office buildings, retail stores, apartment and condominium complexes. He has represented owners and construction professionals in cases involving design build, soils subsidence, mold contamination, products liability, plumbing, roofing, stucco, concrete, waterproofing, electrical, HVAC and structural issues. He is also national litigation counsel for construction material manufacturers and is involved in multiparty construction and products liability litigation in numerous state and federal courts.
