Mr. Price has an extensive civil litigation practice with primary emphasis on the defense of products liability and toxic tort cases. He has tried 65 jury cases to verdict including product suits, toxic tort claims, various types of personal injury cases, commercial cases, claims in the U.S. Court of Claims and the U.S. Tax Court. He has represented several clients on a nationwide basis, appearing in numerous jurisdictions and supervising a variety of out-of-state counsel.
He has been very active in defense bar organizations and is the former Virginia State Chairman of the Defense Research Institute, and a former member of the board of directors of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. He has written and lectured on products liability, lawyer malpractice and the rules of evidence. His publications include Products Liablity 50 State Handbook, published by West Publishing Company.
