Ms. Moyers' practice has focused on the defense of medical device manufacturers in products liability litigation nationwide and on the defense of hospitals, nurses and physicians in medical malpractice cases. She serves on a regional counsel team defending a medical device manufacturer in nationwide litigation concerning the design, manufacture and sale of latex gloves.

She has extensive experience in litigation management. She served as assistant counsel at the Dalkon Shield Claimants Trust for seven years where she managed products liability litigation/arbitration for approximately 800 cases nationwide, formulating overall defense plans and individual case strategies, developing medical expert witnesses, and devising computerized systems for centralized litigation management.
