Ms. Stojak concentrates her practice on employee benefits issues facing corporate employers. She advises employers on the design and administration of qualified retirement plans and welfare plans, and assists plan sponsors and administrators in complying with tax laws, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and other legal requirements. Her practice includes representing clients before the IRS and U.S. Department of Labor, and helping clients utilize voluntary compliance and correction programs. She also counsels and represents clients in matters involving ERISA litigation.
