Ms. Morrison is a member of the firm's Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Department. She represents corporate and individual clients in government and internal audits and investigations both in the United States and around the world. Her experience includes defending clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, the Department of the Treasury, and the Maryland Board of Morticians and Funeral Directors.

She has first and second-chaired bench and jury trials, and has written and argued a variety of motions and appeals in state and federal courts. She regularly manages substantial e-discovery projects and is currently overseeing a large national discovery team in multiple foreclosure class actions.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Ms. Morrison clerked for the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Maryland. In that role, she drafted opinions resolving motions in both civil and criminal matters.
