Mr. McDonald has practiced exclusively on the management side of labor and employment matters for more than 15 years. He represents employers in a range of employment law matters in federal and state courts, as well as before the EEOC and the U.S. and various State Departments of Labor. He has also represented employers in federal and state court and before FINRA in disputes over non-competition, non-solicitation, trade secrets and other similar agreements. He has represented employers in union counter-campaigns, arbitrations, and in trials before the National Labor Relations Board.
He has lectured on a range of labor and employment topics, including federal antidiscrimination laws, sexual harassment, wage and hour, employee non-compete and confidentiality agreements, documentation and discharge issues, and union avoidance strategies.
