Ms. McDaniel's practice focuses on representing management in a broad range of employment related matters. She has experience litigating cases in state and federal court involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 USC §§ 1981, 1983, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as tort and contract claims. She has also represented employers, both public and private, in administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations; and she assists employers in responding to administrative charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state human rights commissions.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. McDaniel regularly counsels employers regarding employment agreements and releases, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks and related policies, employee discipline and termination, and compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
