Mr. Krueger focuses his practice on working with public and private, closely held corporations, as well as partnerships and limited liability companies. He advises management on securities, governance, executive compensation and shareholder/ownership disputes as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with corporate financing transactions ranging from traditional loan agreements with financial institutions to public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.

Mr. Krueger also has extensive experience working with Virginia public authorities and their boards, with a focus on multijurisdictional authorities. He advises authorities on governance, Virginia Freedom of Information Act, Virginia Conflicts of Interests Act, Virginia Public Procurement Act and contractual matters, easement and condemnation matters, as well as cost-allocation, capacity and local government support agreements.

He served on the Board of Governors of the Business Law Section of the Virginia State Bar from 1995-2003, and served as chairman of the section from 2001-2003.

Mr. Krueger has significant experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings, as well as workouts and non-bankruptcy corporate finance matters, including commercial and real estate loan work for financial institutions and other lenders.
