Mr. Dagenhart has more than 50 years of experience in corporate federal and state securities regulation, and mergers and acquisitions. His other general corporate work has included representing banking, textile, education, venture capital and railroad clients. Currently he serves as board attorney for clients and advises on a range of corporate governance and general corporate matters.
