Mr. Goodall assists banks and other financial institutions, manufacturers, retailers, and a variety of service providers with various aspects of their distribution and supply activities. This includes with respect to consumer financial services, acquisition and disposition of credit card portfolios, negotiation of cobranding, affinity, outsourcing, merchant-acquiring and other kinds of alliances.

It also includes regulatory compliance activities for consumer credit and payments products and services; and including, with respect to non-financial services clients, preparation and negotiation of standard and non-standard contracts for acquisition or distribution of products, components, services, and various kinds of joint marketing and other strategic alliances in furtherance of supply and distribution activities, and advice on a variety of commercial and consumer law matters.
