Mr. Goldstein concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits. He counsels employers as to the design and administration of pension, profit-sharing and welfare plans, and as to compliance with the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974. Additionally, he is involved with attorneys in other practice areas of the firm when benefits-related issues arise, including health care, labor, mergers and acquisitions, securities, bankruptcy and estate planning.
