Ms. von Finckenhagen is fully qualified in Norway, Sweden and England and Wales, and has experience in a wide range of cross-border matters and issues involving conflicts of law and competition law issues. She assists clients in international transactions related to private and commercial properties as well as international probate, international family/matrimonial matters and trusts. She has also served as counsel in high profile criminal and civil litigation cases in Norwegian courts. She has written articles regarding Norwegian and Swedish development in relation to the European Brussels II, product safety and property purchase in France.
